History



October, 1961
The Company , named as Nissan Transportation Co., Ltd, was established as a Subsidiary of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. exclusive for new vehicle transportation.
October, 1968
Commenced the maintenance & repair service opening a workshop at Samukawa, Kanagawa Pref.
June, 1977
Entered into the transportation market of used private cars.
November, 1980
The new head office building of the Company was built in Yokohama.
December, 1985
Started to transport import cars (BMW)
January, 1991
Commenced an used car auction business under the name of " Car Selection".
May, 2001
Became independent from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd via management buyout.
Changed name to ZERO CO., LTD.
August, 2004
Set up new vehicle transport JV in China.
September, 2004
Acquired all KANDAKO KAIRIKU UNSO Co., Ltd. shares and made it into a subsidiary.
January, 2005
Acquired all TBM Co., Ltd. shares and made it into a subsidiary.
August, 2005
Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange, the second section.
April, 2006
Established a joint-venture company, FULLCAST DRIVE CO., LTD., which provides personnel-service for transportation business.

Acquired all KYUSO COMPANY, LTD. shares and made it into a subsidiary
